Girl I bet you look damn good. You just birthed a human being! You created, carried, and birthed a human. Your body did something absolutely amazing. And for anyone to shame you for it and act like it's anything less than outstanding is ridiculous.

My grandma came up to me after my 6 week PP visit and told me she's glad I can start exercising now bc she hopes I don't look like my cousin who, in her words, "still looks pregnant and has always had a muffin top" after having her baby in December. I straight up told my grandma that she's not allowed to talk about people like that. Totally rude.
