When is it ok to start primrose oil pills? I'm 36w 5d.

I would say now is probably fine. Those more or less just help soften your cervix so your don't tear as much, not necessarily put you into labor.

I didn't use them but my bff did, she started at 37 and didn't tear at all

that's the hope 🙏 I have an appointment tomorrow and was planning on talking to my Ob about it, but jw if any other momma's had experience with it @zaysmomma
