my epidural was given to me at 4cm cuz my cervix was trying to close from stress and it relaxed my whole body i got a 3-4hr deep sleep and woke up to being told "youre a 9 im gtn dr hodges its time to get ready to push honey" I was like "i wanna sleep!"

Don't feel bad about getting the epidural mama it's ok! Imagine how I felt when I got mine at 9 cm! I'm glad that I did because after hours of pushing and them giving me pitocin I ended up with a c section the next day lol so I'm glad that I was pain free for the time that I was so I could try to rest as much as possible. So take this time to relax mama, I hope you have a safe delivery and meet your little one soon ! You got this!
