Help I don't know if my son has an ear infection or if it's just teething? About a month ago the cold ran through my family, but my son also got two bottom teeth now (almost fully out) . A couple weeks ago I noticed him pulling his ear once in a while (not all the time) he hasn't done it this week. But the past few days he's woken every couple of hours which is extremely rare for him crying and fussy not even nursing helps. He's also feeding from my boobs very poorly causing me to get a clogged duct. Today and yesterday he has been spitting up my milk... He hasn't spit up any milk in a couple months now, very rare so that's another thing that's odd.

Anyone have any insight??? I'm calling the Drs today regardless but just want to see what everyone thinks
