Does anyone have severe dizziness in the first trimester?
I am to the point where I can't walk without someone helping me. I was dizzy with my first pregnancy but not to this extreme & it happened much later on in my pregnancy.

@housfullofgrls, my was do bad that I can not walk it get out of bed. I had this with my first but not as bad. Did you take anything for it?
