If u need to go somewhere get a written letter with a signature , saying you can go .

@lesleyraesmommy, running looks bad regardless. Call and see what the requirements are for you to leave legally. I agree with @living4love

It depends if he has proven paternity , i would say it is not a good idea to leave . I don't know all the details , don't think i can give u great advise . Just think and research before you act .

I don't know if it matters. Unless you're never going back. Getting served is different than a warrant so, then again every state is different.

I wouldn't leave town without calling the court's office first. They'll clear up the court date mishap.
