You could also try hand expressing, I've seen a lot of women who don't have pumps hand express without having to spend money on a pump and still get the same result

Uhm unless you plan to breastfeed I wouldn't pump. That's just gonna signal your body to make more milk instead of letting it dry up. @becca6313 @jaixi @septembermama2016
