@haileysmommy21, yea I heard dark brew helps with milk production...
I'm in the same predicament with a mixed drink... From what I've been reading, some say to wait until the baby is 3 months old before having a drink or beer. Just because they really don't know how much goes to your milk; and being newborns livers are still so fragile. But I'd probably just ask your doctor or pediatrician and see what they say.. That's what I plan to do.
You can drink a beer to help your milk supply... There's yeast in beer so it helps..

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
That's what I've been wanting since I gave birth but I still wouldn't risk it. No matter what the articles say. I'll just keep waiting until I'm done breastfeeding 😔
