I have a question,as I work should I get paid for all hospital and doctors visits like I do for midwife ? such as my glucose test,I also have to have a lot of blood tests due to low platelets
It's not about being the best it's about what they have to do by law. So whether they want to or not they have to.
hr is within the company, the other girl only got paid for midwife appointments and that's it.my company isn't the best
Yes you should Hun. The company I work for tried to tell me they weren't gonna pay me for some of my appointments but they did when I mentioned giving hr a call :) x
It's any & all appointments regarding pregnancy so if it's in the antenatal clinic (which the glucose test is done) then it is included
sadly my company is downright awful, girl who i work with only got paid for midwife visit and nothing else,I just wondered what the law states as things that come under the heading of antenatal care
u should be paid for any appointment or sickness that is related to pregnancy x
I can't find anything on the government website that states what's classed as antenatal appointment as company could say blood tests are not antenatal.I will kick off if I don't get paid and each form i fill in for time off I will write antenatal on it with what appointment it is in brackets
