Omg thought it was all starting went to Aldis to grab some bits bout a 10/15 min walk away walking round start getting really uncomfortable the walk back was unbearable with really bad period pains had to keep stopping and breathing get home and they stop jus bad back ache x

be careful hun. i didn't think i was in labour with my daughter i just had bad back ache.. had her 6 hours later xx
Did anyone suffer from really bad backaches at 10 + weeks? I find that since I turned 10 weeks after standing/walking around for long periods my back aches really bad.
Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Is it bad if i start to work out now im 1wk and 4days pp and if its okay if i take baby on a walk in the mornings to get my morning walks in?? Ive pretty much stopped bleeding and i feel comfortable and ready to start??
I've had backache for a week now think it's jus because she's so low X fed up of getting pointless pains now xxx
