I'm almost two months post partum and tonight my right ovary has been hurting... Kinda like a menstrual cramp but my ovaries feel sore and throb. What's this from?

So I had a cyst on my ovaries and it popped it's the worse pain ever!!

primerose99 Might be a pinched nerve then possibly? Maybe try doing some light stretches to pull those thigh

This happened to me after birth too around the 3 month mark, right before I got my period back! Not sure if you have had one yet, but that could be it!
