Download an app for the contractions so you can keep track of them ! Good luck mama you got this !
if they are every 3 mins lasting 1 min for an hour..call OB && go into L&D or your water breaks
time them from start of contraction to the end then time inbetween contractions for example
contraction begins at 245am ends at 246am then another contraction at 255am ends at 256am. So you're contractions would be 5mins apart and last 1 minute
