Elevate them as much as u can drink plenty of water and reduce your sodium intake. Soak your feet in cool water too

I had it so bad the hospital hadn't seen anyone my size get that swollen. It was that bad I couldn't bend my ankle even when the doc tried. But I did have pre eclampsia tho. Have u recently seen your midwife. Or do u think u just been on your feet too much with the heat?

I only saw my midwife last week. but was fine then. I'm not on my feet hardly as I work sitting down x

That is prob it as blood pools when u are sat with your legs below your hips and the fluid will go downwards because of gravity. I'd take regular breaks at work and out your feet up to prevent it getting worse and do the same at home
