Has anyone got any tips for heartburn, gaviscon just doesn't do the trick anymore 😩😩

I've found milk and Rennie's help but I don't like the after taste Rennie's give me x

Milk but skimmed was the only thing that helped me x

I was reading up on heartburn and causes and remedies. While milk helps in the short term it will make it worse because of the amount of fat in it. Fatty things take loads of stomach acid to digest, Unless you went with the red milk, the 0% stuff xx

I swear by tum tums, just 1 gets rid of it instantly

i was using gaviscon then to gavscon double action tablets then got ny husband to get me peptol and pharmacist told him if it doesnt work to go to drs. id rather not lol ill buy rennie ice ta hun xx @kmcf2302

@jod1303, haha I have omezaprol aswell, it helps sometimes but I think it's lost it's effect aswell so I'm sticking with rennie ICE :p xx

I have the midwife soon so I might ask if they can prescribe me anything, if not I'll have to try some of the things you guys have suggested xx

I have something feezy to drink and it always helps or milk x

@kmcf2302, i was on omerprazole before they stopped workin i cba wiv goin to doctors not got long left lol xx

I'll see if gaviscon helps only had it one day if not I shall ask what else u can take @kmcf2302 xx

I have spearmint rene and a glass of milk that tends to help me xx

I've heard that ranitidine is top notch stuf that helps but never actually tried it cause Cba going to doctors lol xx

Rennie ICE is the only thing that works for me :( xx

had it weeks ive tried tablets, gaviscon, peptac milk u bleeding name it. if u find a solution let me no xx
