When's the best age to start bed time routine xxx

Start from birth... I did with my daughter and she's now 11 weeks and knows when it's bedtime :)

start as soon as you can, half 6, 7 oclock my daughter has a bottle and straight into hed cot then shes outters for the night x

I started from birth.. It's has really paid off x

I tried from birth and it didn't work but she has been suffering from colic so do I wait till that's gone xx
