I would try washing her face with a warm wash cloth every day a few times a day and stick some Neosporin on it and stick mittens on her hands so she can't eat it. Doctor told me it was safe and it cleared her right up.

Looks like my baby's acne... It goes away on its own, I just try to keep her from sweating too much and wipe her face a couple times a day with warm water. I just started putting some breastmilk on it and it's like magic!

Mj had that just put some hydrocortisone on it on and you can even ask the doctor for some that's what we did. And it cleared up on his face but now he still has on his body which it's eczema. And it flares. But even if it's eczema or baby acne I could still be cleared with Hydro Cortizone

Looks like baby acne to me. My son had it really bad from about 3-5 weeks old. It cleared up on its own and I made sure to keep his face dry after feedings.

my nephew had that when he was younger. try some aquaphore. it worked wonders.
