You can try. You just won't go into labor unless your body is ready.

My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
When you're secretly trying to induce your labor 😐...my husband wants me to wait...aano
Is it wrong of me to start trying to "induce labor" naturally at 36 weeks? Just by walking and bouncing more?

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
Not to be harsh but pregnancy is the easy part. Once that baby comes out trust me you will wish for your pregnancy days back. But honestly let the baby "cook" longer. Just because you were fine at 36 weeks doesn't mean your baby will. Full term isn't until 39 weeks anymore because so many babies have issues before than.
