My son is 4 weeks old and he hates his car seat. As soon as I put him in he screams. Any suggestions on how to get him to be okay with the car seat?
When should I change to a high back booster? So my son is 5&1/2 years old and about 55lbs. He still in a 5 point harness car seat. When should I change him to the high back booster seat? I have the graco 3 in one seat.

So I got rid of my spacious Chevy Impala and now have a compact Hyundai Elantra. I’m trying to figure out which car seat would fit best in a smaller car.?? The car seat will go behind the passenger so there will be a little more room to move the front seat up.
son getting out of car seat So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. What do you guys do when they start doing this? My Britax came with these long rubber strap covers but I took them off a while ago when he was to small for them. Are they to stop him from pushing the chest clip down? I just want to know if these will help before I take it apart to put them back on.

Mine did at first too he's just now getting used to it at 6 months lol

mine does to. I make sure he's changed, fed, full, and is his calmest state! I turn on music Lil Beyonce or sum other singing . and it normally soothes him to sleep

My son hates it too. I try to make sure the seat/buckles isn't hot. I give him special toys just for the car. Ones that have lights and make music.
