I'm a sucker for sweets so that would be hard but I know I can do without them if I need to. I have gained 20 pounds if not more since I been pregnant.

When I had it I just did a diet change and exercised more. I went to monitoring for about 3 times a week and went to my obgyn every two weeks. Sometimes if you don't want to do the diet change they can give you medicine to regulate your sugar. Having the diet helped me regulate my weight gain

If you fail both then they would treat you for gestational diabetes
