Cornstarch for diaper rash worked wonders! My little one for heat rash like this under her chin and neck and I just put cornstarch on it and it cleared up quickly . Try to avoid putting lotions on the face for a few days to see how it goes. That's what my doctor had told me and try hydrocortisone 1%

my daughter had this on her face and chest. its baby acne for her. I've been wiping her face with a warm damp cloth and it went away. it seems to actually be from her spit up.

Yeah, if it's heat rash there isn't really anything to do for it. Just keep her cool and wipe her face with cool washcloth a few times a day. No lotion, it will make it worse by clogging pores and won't help. It will clear up in a couple days. My son is naturally a hot baby so I have to be careful not to overdress him.

@lexirosex3, looks like an alergic reaction to something or some form of heat rash i would call her doctor today or take her in the ER they will give her meds that will help...maybe the rash cream is doing this? or the brand of clothing?.....

looks like heat rash to me.

Could be baby acne. My daughter had it and I rubbed my breastmilk on her skin and it went away.

Not sure.. It's best to just take her to her doctor

My son had something similar to that. I put hydrocortisone on his skin and it went away. It looks like it could be a heat rash or eczema. Maybe the lotions you are using are causing baby a allergy. It could be clothing detergent too.

maybe eczema I would go to the doctor to be sure babies have such sensitive skin :/
