@nicole0317, yes- if you can afford one buy a pregnancy support belt- it will help with the round ligament pain, sciatic nerve pain, and the back pain

@nicole0317, youre welcome I just found out about them last pregnancy at 34 weeks and that was my third pregnancy lol I wish someone would have told me earlier I had sooooo much pain
