Does 4/5th means ur almost fully engage??

I've been told the lower the number the more engaged you are.x

To be honest, doesn't really mean much! My daughter was fully engaged at 38 weeks and I went 13 days over my due date haha xx

ur not considered engaged until 3/5th and goes down x
