has any one been told they have protein in there urine when there urine was sampled by the midwife? I'm really worrying as they've sent it off for more testing

Yeah got blood, protein and lactose in mines.. And when the rest for infection came back negative

yeah I had protein and blood ...6 weeks after and I now have sugar. got to be tested for pre eclampsia and diabetes x

hiya yes I had it twice first time I had bits of blood as well then seen for midwife few weeks later and i had protein in my urine still, it's nothing to worry about it mite be that you have a UTI or you been having something that's got a lot of protein in. if it's a infection they will give you antibiotics but the results could come back as nothing like mine did. x
