I wouldn't wish postpartum depression on anyone this really sucks it's an everyday struggle to get out of bed to eat to shower and to take care of my husband and newborn daughter I feel like I'm failing her and my husband it's seriously the worst thing I've ever been through :(

Have you talked to your doctors? I had a hard time talking about it at first but I was so grateful I did. They started me on medicine two weeks ago and the day to day is getting easier.

yes my mom has helped alot and my husband comes home from work and cuddles me while I cry and if I need to talk he listens
