When did yall get your first period after giving birth? I don't know if exclusively breastfeeding makes a difference but I will be 7 weeks PP tmrw.

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I'm 5 months PP I EBF, and still no period. it's nice, but when I get that first period, I know its gonna be hell. lol

@sabreycastro1996, oh man I didn't even think of how bad it's gunna be. But I always had bad cramps with mine so I know I'll be fine

I got mine at 5 months postpartum and it surprisingly wasn't bad! the first day was heavier than usual but the rest was normal

@kmhicksyy, @aliciafuentes I didn't know it could delay that long. I know being pregnant messes your whole system up but that's a long time.

it's from breastfeeding. your body only wants you to take care of one baby at a time, so when you are breastfeeding it alerts your body to not ovulate so you can't get pregnant. some moms don't get their period at all until they stop breastfeeding...I was not that lucky lol
