38+6 and woked up with light period cramps and lower back pain also I went to the restroom and there was light pink blood on the toilet paper the cramping lower back pain and spotting stopped already, I never had this with my first since I got induced..does it mean baby will come soon?

@bodaciousb6, thanks hun 😊 ive had really painful cramps since lastnight around 4am they woked me up and this morning they seem to be there too but sometimes they fade away they are painful but sometimes just uncomfortable
