Lots onesies in my opinion like the gerber ones that are all white. Those little mittens to cover their little hands from scratching, Im breastfeeding but included a bottle just In case. If you like pacifiers you could add that to. And a water resistant crib cover cause trust me you will need it

Add everything but clothes, people will buy you clothes no matter what but if you add tons of options to your registry at least you can return and exchange for things you really need. People like to buy cutesy things and gift sets. I added a lot of things I wanted but a lot that I'm like meh so they'd have options.

personally I would not register for onesies because you're going to get those regardless it's probably going to be one of your most given things. I put things like a pack and play a swing I put the brands of bottles that I would prefer to use on there and bottle brushes and stuff like that as well as a Diaper Genie. I selected a few toys as well.

I also put on a couple of different safety kits varying at two different prices depending on people's budgets

I put on a car seat/stroller combo, bottles, the soaps I wanted to use on my baby so they could buy the size they wanted while still knowing which brand I liked and pretty much everything else I wanted to buy myself since you'll get a 15% off coupon to use 8weeks before the baby's due date. Def agree with no clothes. I didn't register for any clothes at all but that's all I got at my first baby shower 😏
