Your own pillow or preggie pillow, robe, Chapstick, slippers, your own towel since hospital towels are usually small and scratchy, any toiletries that you like, snacks, camera, Chargers, makeup, pajamas that you can nurse in in case you have visitors you don't want to wear the hospital gown, two outfits for take home in NB or 0-3 size in case baby is bigger, an extra empty bag to take home any freebies the hospital offers
I'm bringing the travel-size toothpaste as well as one of those toothbrushes the dentist gives you I'm packing one for my man as well in case we have to stay overnight. I'm packing a robe and slippers and I have a pack of newborn baby stuff like clothes mittens little socks pacifier. I'm going to be bringing my nipplebomb and nursing pads. a couple different outfits that are comfortable for Me. I'm also bringing baby shampoo because I've heard some hospitals don't wash your baby and you have to bring your own shampoo but it's also travel size. I'm also bringing newborn diapers and I know it sounds weird but I'm actually bringing an extra roll of toilet paper just in case there's a mess in the car or my water breaks or something. of course you want to bring hair ties or clips and deodorant and makeup if you do your makeup I'm bringing little makeup towelettes to remove makeup and stuff too. it's recommend to pack water and snacks. I've also been told that it's a good idea to bring some sort of entertainment like an iPod or an iPad or even a book I'm considering bringing my laptop and a couple of movies or something. I would definitely pack a phone charger. as well. and I really like @sharkysavage idea to bring a towel. that's something I haven't heard yet but seems very smart.!
