So I'm debating whether I travel by car or plane for thanksgiving with my 19 months old. She'll be 22 months in thanksgiving. Now, she's very active just like most toddler and hate, and I mean really hate being in the car for long. The longest she's been in the car is 2 hrs travel she slept the whole way and it was perfect. But even then she'll throw a big tantrum for sitting there. I've tried playing music, I've given her toys and snack. But it doesn't last. She wants out. If I go by car it will be 23 hours drive and it's cheaper than plane. What do you recommend? I really don't want to stop every two hours. Is that bad? Or is it really best to stop at every rest area for her to play? Ugh ... That'll be 25 hours drive 😱😂😳

Bad car wreck So yesterday I was in a bad car accident. I was sitting at a red light and a lady was texting and driving and she hit me going 45 miles an hour because she was too busy on her phone to realize there was a red light. I had whiplash and I'm veryyy sore today. Well I have a rental car now and I'm having a hard time driving. I freak out every time I come to a stop because I fear the car behind me isn't paying attention. Anyone ever deal with this before?

I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?
