Did other Mommas get sick taking evening primrose oil? I took two pills the other day and got so sick and puked everywhere, it was extremely oily so I knew it was the pills. I didn't take them together, one with lunch & one with dinner and now I'm scared to take them again lol

use them vaginally instead. It's better anyway. It gets directly on the area where it needs to be

Insert into the vagina, as close to the cervix as you can get. Don't take them orally
