Did other Mommas get sick taking evening primrose oil? I took two pills the other day and got so sick and puked everywhere, it was extremely oily so I knew it was the pills. I didn't take them together, one with lunch & one with dinner and now I'm scared to take them again lol

Insert into the vagina, as close to the cervix as you can get. Don't take them orally
