Yeah it's probably face up. If you put a cold compress to your back it might encourage the baby to turn around (before he/she gets too big)

Oh lol I just saw you're only 23 weeks. Baby will still do plenty of position changes before the big day

@amorrione, oh no. don't say that :/ I haven't had an ultrasound in a while now so I don't know how he's sitting. does cold compress really work?

They instinctively turn away from the cold. Ice would work better because the cold would penetrate but I wouldn't worry about it the baby should still be swimming around in there at your stage 😊 I was worried because my baby was on her side at 33 weeks but by 34 she was head-down facing back like she should be.

I mis-spoke. You'd want to put it on your belly not your back. You want baby to face your back so you'd do a warm compress there, cool on the tummy
