butt paste & coconut oil works for my boys

A&D ointment works. Either in the brown tube or blue tube. I think the one in the brown tube works better for diaper rashes though

i use butt paste every diaper change. and hes never had a rash

Breastmilk does wonders! You can make a lotion with your breastmilk and use it on baby's sore bottom.

cornstarch helped keep my little girls bum dry and it was the only thing that worked for it. she hasn't had a diaper rash since either thank god

Im not judging at all. honestly I'm trying to figure out anything that can help cause desitin isn't doing a whole lot @jessicarose0602

I may get judged for this.. idc. but I put cornstarch on my daughters diaper rash before at ever diaper change and it cleared up quickly. but I tried a few other things first, like desitin and it didn't work.
