This is what I tell every mama who's child is teething: WATCH FOR EAR PULLING, AND FEVER. Its a sign of ear infection. My son is 10 months getting over his second ear infection from teething. My son didn't pull his ears but he has a blown ear infection. So even if your baby doesn't pull their ears still have them checked.
