Down 18lbs since Grayson was born (19 days ago)! I didnt gain any weight during pregnancy, I actually lost 15lbs. Im just waiting to be cleared to exercise, might be a while since I pulled my incision open last week 😧

@samclark5, Thanks! Not exactly sure. I dont follow any of the rules lol. I lift my 30lb toddler, constantly cleaning my house ( including scrubbing the floors), went on a mini hike last weekend. lol

Oh man ! If you don't mind me asking, how'd you pull it open? I had a csection 16 days ago. Congrats on the weight loss girl 💕
