I am that over paranoid parent now πŸ˜’ sorry ladies.. my little lady is 12 days old and she doesn't want to settle. I think it's because it's too warm for her so I had her dressed in just a babygrow but she's still not happy. I've put her in a vest and nappy.. will this be ok? I'm scared her little toes and fingers are going to get cold x

My baby's sleeping in just a vest and nappy tonight it's very warm. Been out today and he just had a little romper suit on and he felt so hot. I'm not putting a blanket on him tonight and scared of him overheating

My lg is in a vest too, she is asleep now and I will normally check on her when I got to bed. My hv said that their hands and feet might always feel abit cold but aslong as their chest feels warm then they should be fine :)

Yeh I've left him in a vest. I figure I can always add more layers if he's asleep, rather than have to undress him if he's too hot.

thank you ladies :) I hate the humid hot weather for babies and knowing what to do for the best but knowing others are doing the same is reassuring.. so @sara-lou would u leave Max in the vest for bed as well just use a cellular blanket? @tg123456789 would u leave little Hettie in the vest and nappy during the night as well? xx

I was always debating this with Max when he was born & we had those hot weeks. I thought he'd be too hot in a sleepsuit but too cold in a vest! I would put a vest on him then when it got cooler put a cellular blanket over him if I thought he needed it.

a vest and nappy is perfect for this weather, you can always put a pair of socks on her if you want to xxx

So ladies I don't know if you remember on here there was a girl who lost her little boy called archer who died from SIDS?? I just found her on Instagram to discover it wasn't her child it was in fact her nephew?????? I've looked for her on here but she seems to delete her page I don't know if it's because anyone else found out she was lying but I'm literally GOBSMACKED as she wrote a blog and everything about it? Please tell me I wasn't the only deceived by this??

3 month old bleeding monthly

3 month old bleeding monthly So I have no clue if this is normal or if I should be worried. Of course I am a little worried anyways but my 3 month old baby girl has had pink blood in her diaper atleast one day each month. It's like a little pink streak. I know her bleeding that first month is normal but every month? It's like she has a mini period/spotting. I would call her doctor but the only working phone we own is my husbands and he's at work. This is the 3rd month it's happened and I'm a little worried. Any advice or information would be appreciated. She doesn't seem fussy or like she's hurting. Her little breasts have are swollen again too (they feel like a little hard lump)
