Girl boo, don't critique yourself to much. You are only 8 days postpartum! You look great, look at those curves ⏳👀 Besides, it actually takes up to 3 months for all of your organs and uterus to get back to their pre-pregnancy positions & size. Just exercise & eat healthy, you'll be fine hun 😘

YouTube has good postnatal workouts but it's way too soon to start working out.
