ladies, how did you split the work with new baby with your significant other before returning to work?
I breastfed dad changed her diaper burped her I started pumping at 4 days and he would wake up late night to help give her one bottle so I didn't lose my sanity he would help me wash parts we would switch off when I was exhausted with baby and needed to nap he would watch her and vice versa we tried to do 50/50 even when baby was mainly breastfeeding from me I was healing after my birth because I was in so much pain he took care of all the diaper changes and helped hand baby to me when it was hard for me to lift her from being in pain😣 I'm going back to work in 3 weeks now and he always helps with baby right when he gets off work🙂
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
We are having a debate at work....
Should you pick up hitchhikers?
How many of you ladies work??
I nurse her/bottle feed, but my husband works nights so he sleeps during the day, so I'm doing everything, and it's fine. But when he is awake he will feed her after I nurse then on his nights off he has to stay up so I wake up with her, nurse her, change her diaper and then he will top her off with a bottle if she needs it and get her back to her bed. In the mornings before he goes to bed he will wash all the bottles and pump parts for me.
