With my 1st 2 kids did it at 17 weeks now my dr office does theirs at 20 weeks because the people got the gender wrong.

that happen to one of my friend .Her doc told her the baby gonna be a boy she did some many ultrasound to make sure its a boy every single one said the da same thing .the wierd part is when she give birth after she brought all the boy clothes .the baby was a girl everyone was shocked even her doc .

technically the gender cannot change gender is based on the sperm having an x or y chromosome that won the race. they could have not been able to positively confirm the gender but the gender isn't going to like magically change. it's not uncommon for them to make you wait over 20 weeks my made me wait over 20 weeks as well just so they could have a 100% accurate gender identification.
