so had signs of labour last night and really thought things were kicking off.. had sharp pains in ribs.. felt her pushing in crotch. cramps in lower and middle belly that then went round my back too feeling like a band around me. I was pacing around at 2am after couple hours sleep feeling like needed to throw up or poo.. ended up with some almighty diarrhoea and then it slowly calmed down and I slept for about 5 hours or so and now feel a tiny bit crampy n just had a very small diarrhea but feel like generally it's all gone again.. anyone else had this?

I'm 2/5 engaged but being induced now so guess I'll never know 😂
mine went on for hours.. intensity changing.. my baby is engaged too.. though some people can go into labour without baby being engaged.. they can drop as labour starts or while in labour
I had this last night too! It was so painful I was crying so much and I swore I was going into labour but it calmed down about 15 minutes later. Still don't know what it was though xx
Yeah I've had this a few times in the last 2 weeks, apparently it's a sign that labour is near but my baby isn't engaged yet and still high up so I think that's a myth 😣 xx
