my daughter use to sleep through the night since day 1. it was wonderful! she's. now 11 months and wakes up at least 3 times a night. anyone know why that might be?

I heard sleep regression around that time is pretty normal.

I mean im no doctor but i believe its normal. if you get super concerned i would just talk to her doctor about it. if she naps multiple times a day try to cut down on those a little.
