Never experienced this with my first it comes and Goes . My baby gets active a lot too and when I sleep And wake up I get like a Bad Cramp ...

I'm 30 weeks as well. this has been happening to me on and off for at least 10 weeks. my doctor said it has to do with your joints being more mobile
