I used to take mothers milk tea and fenugreek. for the most part eating right, sleeping and staying happy helps me a lot. also keep hydrated it helps.

I'm sleep deprived right now . I just had my son a month ago exactly and he keeps me up at night 😩. Thank you love I'm going to try mothers tea @liamisaiah

@morale0129, what do you do to your mothers tea? I have some and it's so nasty I can't drink it. I've tried it cold and hot

I heard a lot of moms put honey and brown sugar and it doesn't taste as bad @mommy_to_be.taylor

I wonder if that will decrease my milk supply. Because fenugreek decreases my milk supply.

I mix my tea with lemonade. I hate honey lol.
