Who said it was? My aunts the one who told me about it and it seemed to work for me 😦 no I didn't feel weird at all if anything I enjoyed the taste and it made me get contractions 🤔

Try cinnamon tea! It gave me contractions and i believe it helped me dilate. I took it before my last appointment and I had opened up 2 cm
