@babymomma1215, you need to force her to sign it. and if you pay for the internet and all that, then go ahead and disconnect her from it. she sounds crazy. if she doesn't claim the money then it's illegal. use that against her. she is fucking greedy. you need to put your foot down with her. and if she fights back, she can't just kick you out. stand up for yourself hun!

I'm sad about the dog but something will have to give if you really want to get out of there. 😔 I agree with @allyk.xmommy, although I'm not sure if you could bring in extra kids when your mom barely wants you guys there.

@tayek, I can't get rid of the dog it was my sons Christmas present and his best friend, if his dog isn't around he screams and cries. She never wrote a lease because she doesn't want to claim the money we give her

I'd give up the pitbull and start saving. You've been there more than 30 days so she must legally evict you unless you leave of your own volition. I know she's being mean but you are under no obligation to give her anything beyond what you've agreed upon. Please tell me you have a written, signed lease agreement? I know that sounds callous to have a lease with family, but family will do you way dirtier than outsiders sometimes. 😔

@mrsmoore, they want a written statement from her about my rent for food stamps and she refuses to do it and it has to be in in two days, we're trying to find our own place but it's hard when we have no money to put down.

@allyk.xmommy she refuses to sign stuff like that because she's so greedy. She owes me over $600 as of right now. And instead of labelling we took everything of ours and moved it into our room. She's going to be mad soon because we're disconnecting her internet and cable because I pay it. She tried to say we can't do that because it comes off our rent. funny because I believe since I pay it and it's in my name she has no right now control it

well I'd say for get the lit bull and move out its hard saying by to let's but its not in the best interest to keep it ,also maybe try getting fiid stamps or something when you stay with another person you can still get them if you pay your own food ,I would have her sign that you a paid for etc before handing her the money

I would get a receipt book from the dollar store. everytime you pay rent, make her sign. when you buy something label it. if she wants to act greedy, show her how it is
