I have to take the 1 hour sugar test this Thursday and I am so nervous. My test isn't until 3:00 that day and I have had several people tell me not to eat. I can't starve myself all day. I'll just have to fail lol.

@babymfoley, It is very annoying that they don't communicate better. It's not like we have babies every day and know what to do already. I wouldn't be able to wait that late for lunch either. I'm always hungry for lunch by 1030! 😂 Good Luck! I hope it goes well tomorrow so you don't have to go through the 3 hour test!
@babybue16, Yeah my doctor didn't tell me anything to get prepared for the test. I'm pretty annoyed. My appointment is tomorrow. I just don't see how I can postpone lunch until after my 3:00 appointment that will take at least an hour 😑
I was told not to eat passed 12 am and I'm going in at 7am this Friday. I don't know how they expect people to not eat all day for those later appointments. I would say just eat a healthy breakfast and try to postpone lunch until after your appt and just drink water. Good luck! I'm ready to get mine done! I was supposed to have it done at my 28 week appointment but there was a scheduling issue and they forgot to tell me not to eat. :/

Just don't eat fast food or anything sugary. Eat healthy and you'll be fine
I take mine tmrw. and my appt at 215. the doctor told me i could eat but don't eat anything sweet right before I come.
Lol me too! Haha.. I will probably fail the first one either way so I'm going to eat!! If I starve myself and fail anyway, I'm going to be even more mad. I'll just have a small healthy lunch. Good luck on your test as well! @babybue16
