I've been getting some tummy cramps at the top of my tummy almost similar to contractions and ive now had a little brown discharge and blood so im guessing its my first period baby is 6 weeks old. Anyone else had this?

Okay so my son had his circumcision today (((plastibell circumcision))) and the doctor said tummy time and sleeping on his tummy won’t hurt him butttttt... Idk I still feel like it would be painful for him😬🤔 what y’all think?!?!?

its totally normally can takes months and if your breast feeding some ladies dont get one until they stop or reduce frequency of feeding
