How long after giving birth did you start your period? 🤔

4 months ! I exclusively breastfeed as well

@mamahoude, I don't breastfeed, but yes I have heard of women who breastfeed and it takes months before they start..

Yeah I was kind of pissed when I got mine back so early when I heard it could take like a year for me to get it back while bfing.... Lol but I'm grateful now since I'm ttc so I know im fertile @baby22016

Almost 2 and a half months! I also stopped bleeding less than a week postpartum. Not breastfeeding.

I just hope I don't start the last days of this month, because I have a wedding to go to (be part of) and I have a really pretty royal blue dress I want to wear! So ya'll can imagine how bloated/uncomfortable that can be especially in a dress! 😩 lol

My son will be 2 months Thursday and I still haven't started 😐 but with my other kids I always had it by 6 weeks.

I was wondering the same thing, so how do you know when you started if your bleeding anyway after having baby ?

@kbrown91 I dont remember when i started with my first..I was bleeding for 3 weeks and havent started yet, my daughter turned 7 weeks today.. @zayzay101 I asked my obgyn if all that bleeding after giving birth would be considered my period, she said no. Once all that bleeding stops and you start to bleed again then thats considered your period..something like that lom
