What do you mommas think?
I was reading this magazine article and says for kids under 3 to use fluoride toothpaste just a tiny amount,
but I made a little research and says not to use it at all on kids under 3

this is what my dentist told me for my 18month old last week when we went in!!! She even suggested a Florida supplement because I live in a town with Florida free tap water!
@shann, I do agree with children that are over 3 should use fluoride it does help! I remember those washes at elementary school too... Bubble gum flavor! Lol
next time we get tooth paste I may very flouride kind but we use non fluoride baby water

when I was growing up in elementary school we had fluoride treatments we didn't swallow it we spit out out but I believe it helps your teeth I have great teeth never had any problems or cavaties nor my my brother or almost everyone I grew up with in not saying it's the same for everyone tho by any means I'm only giving my story and opinion we currently use toms floride free because my boyfriend doesn't like the idea of flouride and his teeth are not very good but again disclaimer I'm not saying it is foreveryone I understand some don't agree
They actually do recommend it if not at least the water with it.
I would not do it . I don't trust the stuff. We did fine without it all these years for our babies. Just make sure you brush their teeth and avoid sugary foods and juice.
