breast feeding mommies help please!! my breast are sore , leaking and have knots in them how do I get my milk supply to come out ? yes I pump but get nothing HELP .

Try pumping right after you get out of a hot shower!!!
Milk doesn't always come out right away when pumping, give it three minutes and make sure the suction is fully on your breast. Drink a warm beverage with no caffeine and also massage your breasts with a warm towel.
Make sure you have that little flap thing on the pump. Massage. Warm compress

My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
